Warranties

All defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties vary, most bats will have a warranty for one year from the date of purchase and most accessories will have a 30 day warranty from date of purchase.. Any defective bats and accessories must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturers will require a receipt for all returns. If you have lost your receipt email us at scottb@p5sports.com or call us at 763-273-4427 If needed, we can mail or fax a receipt to you as well.

Return Policy

P5 Sports offers a 30 Day Return Policy, all unused items in their original condition may be returned for exchange or refund. Products returned 31-90 days after purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee and store credit only on items that are unused and in their original packaging. If you have a defective item, all warranties are handled through the manufacturer and your item may be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacement.
