… We are currently hiring for the following positions: Unpaid Summer Internship
Unpaid Fall Internship
Internship Description: Interns will gain experience in all facets of PHD Sports. Interns will be involved with some facet of teaching, scheduling, player development, marketing, statistics, public relations, website development, and event planning.
Qualifications: Prefer a student who has completed a minimum of 1 year collegiate studies with a major/minor or a strong interest in one of the following fields: Sport Management, Education, Sports Marketing, Sports and Recreation Management, Parks and Recreation, Sports Journalism, or Coaching.Helpful coursework would include coaching, physical training, sport management, sport marketing, etc. Applicants should be energetic, enthusiastic, and posses excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of baseball; coaching; and physical training is a plus. Experience working with athletes at any level is also a plus.
Availability: Summer or fall semester.
Work requirements: Determined by credit requirements. A minimum of 100 hours is required.
